Senior Transfer Pricing Manager

George Thomas Executive Search is currently working alongside a leading multinational healthcare company that is looking to add a key position to their leadership team in Frankfurt, Germany.

We are actively recruiting a Senior Manager - Transfer Pricing. The role will be responsible for leading the Transfer Pricing team.

The position will manage a team of 6 people and report directly to the Group Head of Accounting.

Location:

The role is based in Frankfurt, Germany. The position offers flexibility to work from home. However, you will be expected to be in the office 2-3 times per week.

Transfer Pricing Responsibilities include:

• Continuous development of transfer pricing processes and controls, ensuring they comply with regulations
• Digitalization of the transfer pricing function by implementing for example an automated OTP Tool
• Leading and developing a team of subsidiary management and transfer pricing experts
• Governing transfer pricing through guideline

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

• Degree Educated in Business Admin, Legal, or Finance
• 7+ years of experience working in Transfer Pricing and Tax
• Fluent in English and German
• Ability to manage a team of pricing analysts and junior transfer pricing managers
• Good understanding of interface processes in Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Legal
• Ideally worked in a multinational company with 25+ subsidiaries
